Clinical Specialties
What you will be
treating at Peak.
A full scope of practice across two specialties most two-location practices can't offer.
Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Post-surgical care, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal dysfunction across the full orthopedic spectrum.
Neurological Rehabilitation
Movement retraining and complex neuro caseload under Courtney's NCS board certification, rare for a two-location outpatient practice.
Manual Therapy & Dry Needling
Joint mobilization and dry needling integrated into the clinical workflow under Anthony's Cert. DN. Not a checkbox.
Sports Medicine
Return-to-sport care for an active Montana population: skiers, trail runners, and anglers included.
Post-Surgical Rehab
Shoulder, hip, knee, and spine. A PT with the patient throughout. Not a tech.
Vestibular and Balance
Balance and vestibular care supported by Courtney's neurologic specialty. Depth most Helena outpatient practices can't match.

Walkable Downtown
Last Chance Gulch: a real, walkable downtown core with local breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants within blocks. Not a strip mall.
Outdoor Recreation
Mount Helena and a 70-mile trail system, right in town. Gates of the Mountains Wilderness is a short drive beyond it.
Be on the Water
Fish the Missouri River, hike to Heart Lake, or hit any of three reservoirs. The Blackfoot and Little Blackfoot rivers are close too.
The Mountains
Great Divide ski area is 45 minutes away, with no lines and real kids' programs. Glacier National Park is 3.5 hours, and Yellowstone is a half-day away.
Montana Boomerangs
Grew up in Montana, trained out of state, want to come home? This is the job that gets you there.
Real Capital, Not a Big City
About 33,000 people, family-friendly and safe. You'll know your patients, your neighbors, and your kids' teachers by name.
Priced Out Elsewhere?
Denver's median home is $519K. Seattle's is $865K. Helena is $389K, with the same access to the outdoors, without the price tag.

Student Rotations
DPT students are
welcome here.
We work with DPT students throughout their entire academic career, not just during clinical rotations. What you'll actually learn: outpatient orthopedics and neurology under two board-certified owners. You treat your own patients. Real caseload, not just shadowing. Operational insight into billing, scheduling, and plan-of-care management for students interested in the ownership track.
$750/mo
Housing stipend for the duration of your rotation
+ Out of State
Additional stipends are available for students moving from out of state.
Direct Hire
Jacques frequently hires directly from his own rotation students.
Rotation Stipend
$500 stipend for every student, covering the full length of your rotation at Peak.
Dual Mentorship
Direct mentorship from both owners. Clinical depth in orthopedics and neurology most outpatient rotations can't offer.
Direct Hire
Hire full-time: $10K loan repayment, unlimited CE, and IAMT access from day one.
